Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days except for international orders, which can take longer, up to 30 days. We ship Priority Mail only.
Please double check your shipping address. An incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges if the package is returned to us and we need to re-ship it to you.
Please understand that USPS or any other carrier is a third party service. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or mistakes made by these carriers.
Cutting Edge Stencils cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience and/or loss of business profits because of delivery delays.
Cutting Edge Stencils strives to keep it's shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
Therefore, if we have shipped your order and confirmed delivery to the address you have provided and you cannot locate the package, it is not our responsibility.
We are happy to ship your order with signature conformation if you suspect your package could be lost or stolen. Just leave us a note in the "comments" box at checkout and we'd be happy to add signature conformation at no charge. You can also place your order over the phone by calling 201-828-9146 and add signature conformation at this time.
If you provide us with the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us marked "Refused/Unclaimed" we will need to send you an invoice to cover the re-shipment costs. Once we receive payment and your revised address we will promptly re-ship your order.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. They vary greatly from country to country and we strongly suggest checking your country's customs policy before placing your order with us. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
If any package is refused or undeliverable, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Cutting Edge Stencils is dedicated to providing quality products and great customer service. You may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return an item, you must first contact us to let us know of your intention. Next, ship the unused, undamaged and unopened item back to us. Do not ship items using Media mail because it can take weeks to arrive and we can't issue refund or exchange the item until we receive the original item from you.
Please use an original box or similar packaging to ship back the stencil.
Please DO NOT FOLD the stencil since it makes it unusable and we cannot exchange it! Only ship us a rolled up stencil for return/exchange please.

Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
If you received damaged or defective stencil from us, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund including shipping fees or replacement.
